Minute Rice & Quinoa, 12 oz has About 6 servings per pack. Microwave: Place water and content of bag in microwave-safe bowl. Add oil if desired. Cover, microwave on high. Wait until water is absorbed, then fluff. Serving 2 bags 1 bag + 1 cup water. Serving 2 bags + 2 cups water each bag makes about 1 1/2 cups. Microwave Cook Times: 1 bag = 10 minutes. 2 bags = 15 minutes. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Add water and contents of bag, stir. Add oil if desired. Boil water, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat fluff with fork. Simply Cooked, Then Dried.
