Microwave Right in the Bag. KEEP REFRIGERATED. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Cut corner of bag to vent; place on microwave safe plate. 2. Cook on HIGH 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness. Rest 1 minute; carefully remove from oven. Open bag avoiding steam; season to taste. CAUTION: BAG IS HOT AND CONTAINS STEAM. Stovetop 1. Bring 1/2 cup water to boil in a saucepan. Add vegetable medley; return to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to gentle simmer. 2.Cook 5-6 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and season to taste. vegetables are cool to the touch. Drain and refrigerate. Chef Tip: Drizzle with organic extra virgin olive oil.
