Remove 1 pound broccoli (1/3 of package) from bag and carefully place in pot. Cook 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness. If ready to serve, drain and season to taste.3. If finishing preparation later, shock by transferring to bowl of ice water 2-3 minutes, until broccoli is cool to the touch. Drain and refrigerate.Steam:1. Remove 1 pound broccoli (1/3 of package) from bag and place in steamer basket; cover.2. Heat about 2 inches of water in wok or skillet to a boil.3. Place basket in wok. Steam 5-8 minutes or until desired doneness.4. Remove wok from heat. Using extreme caution, remove lid, avoiding steam.Carefully remove broccoli and season to taste.Try our Pan-Steamed Technique: Heat ¼ cup olive oil, 2 teaspoons chopped garlic, 1 anchovy fillet on MEDIUM-LOW. Cook, stirring 2-3 minutes until anchovy is dissolved.Raise heat to HIGH. Add 1-1 & half; lbs broccoli, & half; cup water and 1 teaspoon salt; stir. Bring to simmer; cover.
