Ritz Original Flavor Seasoned Coating Mix, 5 oz has About 16 servings per pack. Bake: For 1-1/2 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (4 to 6 breasts) 1. Heat oven to 400°F. 2. Measure 1/2 cup coating mix; pour onto large plate. 3. Moisten chicken with water. Add to coating mix, one breast at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with coating mix. Transfer to foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mix. 4. Bake chicken 20 min. or until done (165°F). Do not cover or turn chicken while baking. Alternate Proteins (Per 1/2 Cup Coating Mix): For 1-1/2 lbs. chicken breast tenders (8 to 12 tenders), bake at 400°F for 20 min. (165°F). For 2 lbs. bone-in chicken pieces (3 to 4 pieces), bake at 400°F for 45 min. (165°F). For 1-1/2 lbs. bone-in or boneless pork chops (4 to 6 pieces), bake at 400°F for 20 min. (145°F).
