Filling: Cabbage, Bean Thread (Green Beans, Peas, Starch), Red Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Tapioca Starch, Soybean Oil, Sugar, Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Sesame Oil (Sesame Oil, Soybean Oil), Ginger, Salt, Garlic, Ginger Powder.

Keep frozen. What You’ll Need: A microwave-safe bowl, tongs or chopsticks. For browned bottoms, an 8-10 inch skillet and cooking spray. Quick Microwave Heating: 1. Place 5 potstickers in bowl and fill with water until just covered. 2. Heat on high for 4 minutes (uncovered) until heated through. Use caution when removing bowl from microwave. Bowl will be hot. 3. Drain and serve as is, or brown the bottoms using the directions below. Browning: 4. Spray an 8-10 inch skillet with cooking oil and place on medium/high heat. Allow the pan to get hot. 5.
