Time: 10 minutes, Cook Time: 10 minutes ¼ cup CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER About 5 1/8 cups HILL COUNTRY FARE REGULAR SIZE MARSHMALLOWS 6 cups REGULAR or COCOA CRISPY RICE CEREAL 1 cup chopped PEANUTS (optional) STOVE-TOP: Melt peanut butter in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth. Remove peanut butter marshmallow mixture from heat and pour over cereal and peanuts; stir until well coated. Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray and press mixture into prepared baking dish. Let cool and cut into squares. MICROWAVE: 1. Spray a 9×13-inch-baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. Place crispy rice cereal and chopped peanuts into an extra large mixing bowl and toss to combine. 2. Place peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH power for 30 seconds or until melted. Add marshmallows and toss to coat.
