You will need: 1 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4 inch cubes 1 pkg H-E-B® Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce Cooking instructions: 1- Place a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Add in 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil. 2- Add 1 lb of chicken, cook until no longer pink. 3- Add in the H-E-B Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce and bring to a boil. 4- Reduce the heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165˚F) Serve over a bed of rice. Makes about 4 servings.
