STUFFED & GRILLED JALAPEÑOS Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 5 Minutes Total Time: 25 Minutes Recipe makes 3 Servings Ingredients: 3 large jalapeno peppers 1/2 cup(s) queso fresco, crumbled 1/4 cup(s) red onion, chopped 1/8 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream 2.5 OZ H‑E‑B Chunk Tuna, drained & flaked Instructions: 1. Cut off the stems and slice jalapeño peppers in half. 2. Remove jalapeño seeds and set aside on a foil-lined baking sheet. 3. Combine cheese, red onion, cilantro, sour cream and tuna in a bowl; stir to combine. 4. Stuff jalapeño pepper halves with 1-2 tablespoons tuna-cheese mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and keep refrigerated until ready to grill. 5. Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F. 6.
