Remove meat from package, season as desired and place in an uncovered roasting pan. 3. Cook approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat. 4. Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes. 5. Slice and serve. Grill Method 1. Preheat grill to medium-high. 2. Remove meat from package, season as desired and place on grill. 3. Cook approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat. 4. Remove from grill and let rest for 3 minutes. 5. Slice and serve. Back Ribs and St. Louis Style Pork Spareribs: Preparation Directions: 1. Remove ribs from bag and pat dry with a paper towel. 2. Season with your favorite dry rub.
