Noodles : Unbleached Wheat Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Organic Moroheiya Vegetable Powder, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium Carbonate, Seasoning Powder: Sugar, Salt, Meat Enhancer Powder, Soy Sauce Powder, Yeast Extract Powder, Caramel Color, Chili Powder, Maltodextrin, Anticaking, Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Seasoning Oil: Sweet Soy Sauce(Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce, Glucose Syrup, Molasses, Salt, Caramel Color, Vinegar) Palm Oil, Sesame Oil, Dried Vegetable: Carrot, Cabbage, Corn.
Food Notes
For microwave: (1) put the dried vegetables into a microwavable bowl, then add noodles on top. (2) pour 450m1 (approx. 2cups) of room temperature water. (3) Cook for 5min(800w) or 4min 30sec(1000w) in the microwave. (4) Drain hot water, add seasoning oil and powder and stir. For stovetop: (1) add noodles and dried vegetables into 450ml (approx. 2cups) of boiling water. (2) simmer for 3-4min, and remove from heat. (3) drain hot water and place the noodles in a bowl. (4) add seasoning oil and powder and stir. Microwave 4 min 30 sec. Stovetop 3min 4 min. Keep in cool and dry place. Best before see on packaging.
