Gerber Formula Extensive HA Hypoallergenic, 14.1 oz has 1 servings per pack. Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as Directed by a Doctor. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Sterilization or boiling of tap or bottled water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula. Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart below. Step 2: Add 1 unpacked level scoop (4.6 g) of powder for each1 fl oz water. (Only use enclosed scoop). Step 3: Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately or refrigerate and use bottle with in 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperature should be maintain between 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C). Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100 degrees F (38 degrees C), will compromise the probiotic cultures.
