Classic Pancakes Makes 14 pancakes: 2 cups original Bisquick baking mix. 1 cup milk. 2 eggs. (1) Stir ingredients until blended. (2) Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. (3) Cook until edges are dry; about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook 1 minute 30 seconds or until golden.
