Annie’s Homegrown Cookie Mix Chocolate Chip, 15.4 oz has About 20 servings per pack. Baking Instructions: Please don’t eat raw cookie dough. You will need: 1 stick (1/2 cup) Butter softened (To soften butter, let stand at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or microwave for 10-15 seconds until softened.) (Not melted) 1 egg. 1 Heat oven to 375 degrees F (or 350 degrees F for nonstick cookie sheet). Stir mix, softened butter and egg in medium bowl until well blended. 2 Drop dough by rounded tablespoonful 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely; store in airtight container. Allow cookie sheet to cool between batches. Make about 20 cookies. No butter? No problem! Make cookie dough using 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons water and 1 egg. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Enjoy! Store in a cool, dry place.
