Farro (Wheat). Contains 2% Or Less Of: Four Cheese Blend (Asiago Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Romano Cheese And Provolone Cheese (Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures And Enzyme), Disodium Phosphate, Whey), Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Onions, Granulated Garlic, Palm Oil, Celery Powder, Cane Sugar, Turmeric, Parsley, White Pepper.

Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large saucepan with a tight fitting lid bring 14 oz. (1-3/4 cups) of water to a boil. 2. Add 1 tbsp. butter (optional) and package of Alessi Four Cheese Farro. Stir while boiling for one minute. 3. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer and cook undisturbed for 20-24 minutes. 4. Let stand uncovered for three minutes. Fluff and serve.
