Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: For Patties: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. To form patties, slice roll into 1/2 inch slices. Place sausage slices in cold skillet, turn heat on medium or 300 degrees F. Cook each side 6-7 minutes or until desired color is attained. For Crumbles: Place sausage in cold skillet on stove top. Cook on medium heat and break into desired piece size with a fork or spatula until meat is browned and thoroughly cooked. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
