Keep refrigerated. Microwave in the Bag. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts)- 1. Cut corner of bag to vent; place on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on HIGH 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness. 3. Rest 1 minute; carefully remove from microwave. Open bag avoiding steam; season to taste. CAUTION: Bag is HOT and contains steam. Boil- 1. Remove carrots from bag and place in saucepan with 1/2 cup water (salt optional). 2.Cover and bring quicklt to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; cook 6-7 minutes or until desired doneness.Drain and season to taste. Steam- 1. Place 2 inches of water in steamer and bring to a boil. 2. Remove carrots from bag and place in basket. Cover and steam 6-8minutes or until desired doneness. 3. Carefully remove carrots and season to taste. Chef Tip: Top hot carrots with a tablespoon of your favorite finishing butter.
