Store in a cool, dry place. Cooking Directions: HOW TO PREPARE: Boiling Water: 1. Bring 3 quarts water to boil in a pot; remove from heat. Add noodles and stir immediately. Stir gently every 1-2 minutes to prevent sticking. Soak 3-4 minutes for recipes where noodles require additional cooking. Soak 5-7 minutes for recipes calling for fully cooked noodles or use in cold noodle dishes. Drain. Hot Water Soak: (Use this method for recipes where noodles require additional cooking). 1. Place noodles in a large bowl, cover with HOT tap water; stir. 2. Soak 30 minutes, stirring once or twice to prevent sticking. Drain and use in recipes calling for additional cooking or use in soups. Chef Tips: Toss cooked or partially cooked noodles in drizzle of vegetable oil to prevent clumping and drying. Use a pasta pot with strainer insert for ease in draining.
