Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in center. 1. Dust tenderloins with flour; pat off excess. Heat 1 ½ tsp oil in skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH, until oil faintly smokes. 2. Add tenderloins; sear 3-4 minutes per side until lightly browned. 3. Place skillet in oven; cook 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Check by inserting thermometer in thickest part of tenderloin. 4. Optional: Finish by cooking to 155 degrees F. Remove from oven, add 1 tsp butter and 1 Tbsp basting oil or olive oil to pan; swirl. Baste with spoon until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
