To Thaw: Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove needed amount and return remainder to freezer. Do not refreeze once thawed. Room Temperature: Place frozen fruit in shallow bowl or plate and allow to defrost at room temperature for 30 to 600 minutes. Fruit is best when served slightly frozen. Place frozen fruit in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on defrost setting for 1 minute. Remove, stir and defrost in additional 30-second intervals, if necessary. For Baking: Use fruit while frozen. Do not thaw. Keep frozen. Cut to open.
