Choose a Pan: 4 rolls: 8 inch baking pan square or round. 9 rolls: 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan. 12 rolls: 11 inch x 17 inch baking sheet. Regular method, 3 to 5 hours: Coat a pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen dough in a pan and cover with plastic wrap coated with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to dough while rising. Allow frosting packets to thaw at room temperature. 2. Let rolls rise for 3 to 5 hours, until double in size. Actual time depends on the temperature of your kitchen. Carefully remove the plastic wrap. 3. When rolls are ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake 15-20 minutes, until light brown. Do not overbake! 4. Knead the frosting packets gently before opening. Spread frosting over rolls while they are still warm. Quickest method, 1-1/2 to 2 hours: 1. Coat a pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen dough in pan and cover with plastic wrap coated with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to dough while rising. Allow frosting packets to thaw at room temperature. 2. Preheat oven to 175 degrees F. Then turn oven off. Put rolls in oven and let rise 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until double in size. Carefully remove pan. Carefully remove plastic wrap. Convection Oven: Lower baking temperature to 325 degrees F. Bake rolls 10-15 minutes.
