Pan size 8 x 4-inch loaf Pan Bake time 45 to 55 min. Pan Size 9 x 5-inch loaf pan Bake time 40 to 5 min. Pan size 3 (3 x 5-inch) loaf pans Bake time 35 to 45 min. Top evenly with cream cheese mixture. Stir butter into reserved dry mix. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon topping over each muffin. Bake 20 to 22 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely. Makes 12 cupcakes.
