Krusteaz Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix, 18 oz has 14 servings per pack. Bake: You’ll need: 2 eggs, 1 -1/2 cups milk, 1 cup vegetable oil. Tip: coffee filters make perfect liners for 8 inch round cake pans. (1) Heat oven to 350 degree F: Heat oven to 350 degree F. Line or lightly grease the bottom only of 2, 8-inch round cake pans. For cupcakes, line muffin pan with paper baking cup. (2) Whisk together ingredients: whisk together eggs, milk and oil in medium bowl until frothy. Add cake mix and stir until combined. Pour half of batter into each prepared cake pan. For cupcakes, fill muffin cups 2/3 full. (3) Bake: Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cake or cupcakes cool completely before frosting. Yield: 2, 8-inch round cake pans; 30-33 minutes bake time. 12-16 standard cupcakes; 24-27 minutes bake time. 1, 13-9-inch pan; 30-33 minutes bake time.
