Jackfruit, Water, Soy Flour, Coconut Oil, Canola Oil, White Onion, Spices, Natural Flavor, Bread Crumbs (Wheat, Salt Yeast), Less Than 2% Of: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Methylcellulose (Plant Fiber).
Food Notes
Cooking Instructions: From frozen. Stovetop (Most Delicious!): Simmer meatballs and your favorite sauce in a saucepan for 13-15 min., stirring frequently. If cooking without sauce, add 5 min. and turn heat up to medium-low. (Optional), before simmering, saute meatballs in 1T refined coconut or vegetable oil on medium to sear outside. Oven (Worth the Wait!): 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place meatballs on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 17 min. Then, pair with your favorite sauce. Microwave (1100W): On a microwave safe plate, cook 3 meatballs on high for 2 min., rotating halfway through. Let stand for 2 minutes, then pair with your favorite sauce after cooking. Cook all frozen food to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Product should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying. Keep frozen.
