Jackfruit, Water, Soy Flour, Canola Oil, Coconut Oil, Spices, Natural Flavor, White Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Less Than 2% Of: Methylcellulose (Plant Fiber), Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Fruit And Vegetable Juice (Color).

Bake: Oven (worth the wait!): 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Place sausages on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 10 min. Flip halfway through. Microwave: Microwave (1100w): On a microwave safe plate, cook sausages on high for 45 seconds, flip, and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stovetop (most delicious!): sauté sausages in 1t vegetable oil (for best results, use refined coconut oil) in a non-stick pan on medium-low for 3 min. Per side. For a crispy outside, finish on high heat. Cooking Instructions: From frozen. Cook all frozen food to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Product should be seared but remain moist.
