Grill: preheat a gas grill to medium-high; place chicken on the grill in a single layer; close grill, cover, and grill 30 minutes; turn chicken; close grill cover and grill 20 to 30 minutes or until done (internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F); insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product; continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
