Hamburger Helper Cheesy Italian Shells, 6.1 oz has 5 (As pkgd) servings per pack. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions Refrigerate leftovers. You Will Need: 1-3/4 cups Hot water, 1-3/4 cups Milk. 1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey (or) 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage. (1) Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet. (2) Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and pasta. Heat to boiling. (3) Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. Try with ground sausage instead of ground beef. Add your own twist! Make it fancy. Stir in fresh baby spinach, diced tomatoes and shredded Parmesan cheese just before serving.
