Place frozen fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet, leaving space between fillets. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until fill is are cooked through. If thawed, bake 15 to 17 minutes. When completely cooked, internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F. Let cool 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
