Fall Harvest Muffins YOU WILL NEED: 3/4 cup WATER 1/3 cup OIL 2 EGGS 1 pouch H-E-B® SELECT INGREDIENTS FALL HARVEST BAKING MIX 1/3 cup SUGAR 1/3 cup packed BROWN SUGAR 3 Tbsp FLOUR 1 Tbsp softened BUTTER 1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F and lightly grease muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray with flour. 2. In a medium bowl, WHISK water, oil, eggs and sugar. FOLD in H-E-B® Select Ingredients Fall Harvest Baking Mix until combined (do not over-mix). 3. In a separate bowl COMBINE brown sugar, flour and butter until a fine, dry crumble is formed. 4. POUR Baking Mix batter into prepared muffin pan, filling cups to approximately 3/4 of the way. Sprinkle crumble over the top of each muffin evenly. 5. BAKE for 23 to 27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Allow muffins to cool entirely before removing from pan. Makes 12 Normal Size Muffins. Pancakes: YOU WILL NEED: 1 pouch H-E-B® SELECT INGREDIENTS FALL HARVEST BAKING MIX 2 cups WATER 2 EGGS 1. Preheat griddle to 350°F (medium heat). 2. In a medium bowl, BLEND H-E-B® Select Ingredients Fall Harvest Baking Mix, water and eggs with a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy (do not over-mix). 3. POUR slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto lightly greased griddle. 4. COOK pancakes for 4½ – 5½ minutes, flipping approximately every 2 minutes. Makes about 12 pancakes. Waffles: YOU WILL NEED: 1 pouch H-E-B® SELECT INGREDIENTS FALL HARVEST BAKING MIX 1 cup MILK 1 cup WATER 2 EGGS 2 Tbsp. OIL 1.
