Ingredients: • 12 to 14 lbs Turkey • 1 package (16 oz) stuffing • 1 stick (8 tbsp) margarine or butter • 2 ½ cups water or broth Stove Top Directions: 1. Heat water/broth and butter to a boil, remove from heat. 2. Stir in contents of bag. Toss lightly with a fork until moist throughout. 3. Cover for 3-5 minutes before serving. Microwave Directions: 1. Heat liquid and butter in a microwave safe dish to boil. 2. Stir in contents of bag. Toss lightly with a fork until moist throughout. 3. Cover for 3-5 minutes before serving. Stuffing A Turkey: Just before roasting, spoon prepared stuffing loosely into body cavity. Because stuffing expands during roasting, do not overstuff bird. Close poultry opening with skewers and roast as usual. Turkey is done when meat thermometer inserted in thigh reaches 180 F and center stuffing reaches 165 F. Remember to remove any leftover stuffing from bird after serving and refrigerate. Casserole Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2.
