Microwave Method (recommended): Place the H-E-B Select couscous and quinoa with vegetables bag with this back panel facing up in the microwave oven. Do not open, cut or pierce the bag. Microwave on High power for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the pouch, allow sitting for 1 minute and season to taste. Note: The power of microwave ovens will vary. You may have to adjust cooking time. Stovetop Method: Heat a large heavy bottom no-stick skillet for 2 minutes on Medium Heat. Spray the pan with no-stick olive oil spray, add the frozen H-E-B Select couscous and quinoa with vegetables and heat for 6 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning. Season to taste and serve.
