Season with your favorite dry rub. Cooking Directions Grill & Oven Method: 1. On a hot gas grill, grill both sides of the ribs to achieve the desired grilled color and appearance. Approximately 6 to 7 minutes per side. 2. Remove from grill and place on a shallow baking pan and cover with foil. 3. Place in preheated oven set at 335°F. Cook for 2 hours. 4. The ribs may be coated with barbecue sauce at this time and placed back in the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. 5. Remove ribs from the oven. Slice between each rib and serve. Oven Method: 1. Preheat oven to 335°F. 2. Place ribs in the oven and cook for 2 hours. 3. The ribs may be coated with barbecue sauce at this time and placed back in the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Remove ribs from the oven. Slice between each rib and serve. Grill Method: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Grill both sides of the ribs to achieve the desired grilled color and appearance.
