Panko Covered Chicken Tenders Prep Time: 15 minutes Bake Time: 10 Minutes 2 pounds BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN, cut into 2-inch cubes 1 cup SHREDDED CHEESE 2 cups H-E-B PANKO BREAD CRUMBS 2/3 cup LOW-FAT MAYONNAISE 2 H-E-B TOUGH & EASY ZIPPER BAGS (GALLON SIZE) 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside. 2. Combine chicken and low-fat mayonnaise in a sealed zipper bag. Mix bag around until chicken is covered with mayonnaise. 3. In a second zipper bag, add H-E-B Panko Bread Crumbs and shredded cheese. Add chicken to the zipper bag and mix bag around until chicken is well coated. 4. Place chicken on a lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout and juices run clear.
