H-E-B Fully Cooked Single-Serve Seasoned Beef Pot Roasts , 4 ct has 4 (Per Serving) servings per pack. IN THE MICROWAVE 1. PLACE frozen packaged roast(s) in a microwave-safe dish. 2. HEAT on Full Power for 1 minute for a single roast and 2 minutes for 2 roasts. 3. REMOVE packaging and place roast(s) with juices in the dish. 4. COVER with plastic wrap and fold back one corner. 5. HEAT on Full Power for 2 to 2½ minutes for a single roast or 2½ to 3 minutes for 2 roasts. IN THE OVEN 1. Heat the oven to 375°F with rack in center of oven. 2. PLACE 4 frozen packaged roasts in a large bowl with cold tap water for 10 minutes. 3. REMOVE roasts from packaging and place roasts, in a single layer, with juices in the baking dish. 4. COVER baking dish tightly with foil. 5. BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly. DO NOT OVERHEAT, THE PRODUCT IS ALREADY COOKED.
