Rinse the fresh herbs, jalapeño, and lime thoroughly and pat dry. BRINE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine the brine solution seasoning pack, the jalapeno lime seasoning pack, and fresh cilantro in 4 quarts of water. 2. Stir until sugar and salt brining solution is fully dissolved. **OPTIONAL: Slice the lime and jalapeño and add to the brine for extra flavor!** 3. Add your protein of choice and let sit in the refrigerator for 8 -24 hours for best results. 4. Remove protein from the brine solution and pat dry. 5. Cook according to your preference & Enjoy! MARINADE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine the fresh cilantro, jalapeno lime seasoning packet, 1/2 cup of canola or vegetable oil, and 1/4 cup of water in a blender and puree. **OPTIONAL: Remove the stem and add the jalapeño to the blender and puree to add an extra kick.** 2.
