H-E-B Butternut Squash, 10 oz has About 3.5 servings per pack. 1. Pre-heat oven to 425(o) F. 2. Place Butternut Squash in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil to lightly coat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Spread in a single layer on a lined baking sheet and roast for 10 – 20 minutes until edges brown, testing for doneness to your liking. Sweet Butternut Bake Servings: 4 10 oz package of H-E-B (r) Butternut Squash 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, melted 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400(o) F Place butternut squash on small baking sheet. Add the melted butter, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss all the ingredients together and spread in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, until the squash is tender and the glaze begins to caramelize. While roasting, turn the squash a few timed with a spatula, to be sure it browns evenly. Taste for seasonings and serve hot.
