(1) Massage bag gently to break up clusters of vegetables (do not puncture bag). (2) Place flattened, unopened bag This side up. Microwave on high 6 minutes. Bag may inflate and steam will escape through vent. (3) Stand 1 minute.carefully remove bag from microwave by holding two corners. Stove Top: (1)Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. massage bag gently to break up clusters of vegetables. (2) Empty vegetables into skillet. reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 3 minutes. Stir and replace lid. (3) Cook another 3 minutes. Stand 1 minute; stir before serving. Cook as directed. Steam-in-bag ready in minutes.
