Boil: Basic Cooking Instructions: Bring 1-1/4 cups water or broth and 1/2 tsp salt (optional) to a boil in a medium-size pot. Add I cup couscous and 2 tbsp butter or 5 minutes. Fluff well with a fork and serve. Makes 3 servings. As a Cereal: Add 1 cup couscous to 2 cups hot milk and 2 tablespoons butter. Cover, let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with topping such as honey. maple syrup, nuts, and fruit. Make 3 Serving. Store in a cool, dry place. Tear here to open.
