Chickpea Pasta (Water, Chickpea Flour), Broccoli, Water, Pecorino Romano Cheese (Milk, Salt, Cultures, Enzymes), Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Salt, Cultures, Beta-Carotene (Color), Enzymes), Milk, Corn Starch, Light Cream, Butter, Salt, Garlic Powder, Annatto Extract (Color).
Food Notes
Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Microwave: Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies. Place unopened bag this side up on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove plate and bag. Open the bag, empty into serving dish; stir well. Microwave directions developed using 1000 watt microwave ovens. Microwave ovens vary in power. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stove top – skillet: Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies. Preheat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick skillet. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet. Cook uncovered over medium high heat for 5 1/2-6 1/2minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Caution: Hot! Avoid Steam! For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw.
