Food Notes
You Will Need: 1 lb red or white potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray. 2. Wash potatoes, peel if desired. Pat dry and cut into 1 inch pieces. 3. In a medium-sized bowl, add potatoes and olive oil. Stir to evenly coat. Add seasoning mix (Organic ingredients may cake. Knead packet prior to opening) and stir again. 4. Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. 5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Stir potatoes and cook uncovered 10-15 minutes more, until crisp and tender. Chef Suggests: Toss 1 lb of asparagus, green beans or carrots with 2T olive oil and seasoning Saute or oven roast. Enjoy!
