H-E-B Grains & Seeds Blend, 13 oz has about 3 (1 cup (110g)) servings per pack. Microwave — 4 minutes: Place the bag on a plate in the microwave oven, back panel facing up. Do not pierce the bag. Cook on high (900W) for 4 minutes. Carefully remove the bag and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Stove top – 7 to 9 minutes: Preheat a pan on high for 1 minute. Open the bag, add the product and stir. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook, stirring often, 7 to 9 minutes. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F. Individual appliances vary.
