Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them. Cook in under 20 minutes on the stovetop from frozen. Cooking Instructions (For best result when breading or marinating Tyson individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute) Thin Sliced: Stove Top: (1) Preheat skillet over medium heat.
